Below are answers to the most Frequently Asked Questions we receive,

including information regarding Shipping & Handling for both Retail and Wholesale orders.

There are also some helpful hints for using the online Shopping Cart.

Retail Customers

Remember, orders totaling $ 100 or more ships FREE.

Wholesale Clients

Wholesale buyers MUST choose the Priority Shipping method.

Wholesale orders do not ship free.  See zone information and shipping rates below.

Retail Orders

Q.  What are the Shipping & Handling charges for retail orders?

The S&H rate is determined by the total cost of items in the Shopping Cart.  You may select Standard Shipping or Priority Shipping, however, only Standard Shipping qualifies for free shipping on orders over $ 100.00.

Q.  Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Orders shipped to Ohio and Pennsylvania are charge sales tax.

Q.  Do I have to have a PayPal account to use the online Shopping Cart?

No, you do not need to have a PayPal account nor do you need to open one.  When starting the check-out process, just ignore the option to log-in to a PayPal account.  Even if you have one, you can choose to ignore the log-in.  Instead, at the left of the screen, look for this sentence:

          Don't have a PayPal account?
          Use your credit card or bank account (where available) Continue

Click the word Continue and it takes you directly to the option to make payment with a credit or debit card.  At the end of the check-out process, ignore the option to save your information (unless you choose to open a PayPal account). 

Q.  What if I have a PayPal account but do not want to use it at this time?

You do not have to use your PayPal account.  Ignore the option to log-in to a PayPal account.  Instead, at the left of the screen, look for this sentence:

          Don't have a PayPal account?
          Use your credit card or bank account (where available) Continue

Click the word Continue and it takes you directly to the option to use a credit card.

Q.  I did not use my PayPal account to pay for my order; why does the receipt I received by email say PayPal on it?

The Shopping Cart is powered by PayPal; PayPal is our 'bank', so to speak.  It does not mean that you used a PayPal account to make payment nor was a PayPal account opened for you without your permission.

Q.  Can I order by phone?

Yes.  Please call (740) 342-5454 between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday.

Q.  If I order by phone, do I have to use a credit card for payment?

No.  Even though payment by credit card (or debit card) is preferred, you are welcome to send a check by mail.  Your order will be shipped after payment is received.

Q.  When will I receive my items?

We try to ship items as soon as possible, usually within 2-3 business day.  Yes, the shopping cart shipping methods state longer delivery times just because we had to put a standard in print, but we always try to ship quickly.

Wholesale Orders

Q.  How can I purchase at wholesale prices?

To purchase at wholesale prices, you must have registered for a Wholesale Buyer Account (WBA) and have submitted a signed Sales & Use Tax Exemption Certificate.  No wholesale order will be shipped unless we have received the signed certificate.  If you are a vendor you may Register Online Now or or call 740 342-5454 during business hours.

Q.  What Shipping method do I choose for my wholesale order?

Wholesale buyers MUST choose the Priority Shipping method; wholesale orders do not ship free.  If your wholesale is order totals $ 400 or more, call us for a shipping quote.
